ANGER REGULATION MEN'S PROGRAM

An eight week group program for men held at the Society Office, #101 - 6350 203rd Street, Langley.  Cost: $100.00. Voluntary clients only.  Pre-registration and payment required.  For more information on the next group please call 604-534-1011.

 

BOUNDARIES AND BEGINNINGS

This is an information and support group for women who have experienced abuse in an intimate relationship and is held at the Society Office, #101 - 6350 203rd Street, Langley.  It is a group for women who want to learn more about the issues and effects of relationship abuse in the company of others who have experienced this kind of abuse. The group runs for eight weeks - a two hour session once a week -and begin in January, April and September.  For more information about the next group please call Carly or Angela at 604-534-1011.

 

COMMUNITY DROP-IN GROUP

A Drop-In group for women who have experienced or who are  experiencing any type of abuse in any relationship. The group will provide women with the opportunity to experience a supportive and safe space to connect with other women, as well as providing free and confidential support and information.  The Group meets at the Society Office, #101 - 6350 203rd Street, Langley every Monday, running until June 21st 2010.  The time is from 9:30am - noon.  The Groups are facilitated by Ishtar Transition Housing Society's Community Outreach Workers.  Child minding is available but must be booked at least two weeeks in advance.  For more information call Jenni or Ronnie at 604-534-1011.

COURT TALK

A drop in group on Wednesday mornings 9:30am - noon from April 14th - June 30th, 2010 held at Ishtar Transition Housing Society, #101  6350 - 203rd St., Langley.

STORY TIME

Join us for Story Time the second Thursday of the month at 10am in the child minding room at Ishtar's offices at 6350 - 203rd Street. Each child in attendance will receive a book to take home!  Story time and books are sponsored by Books for Kids.  Please join us!
