Once your referral is sent, we make every effort to contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Sometimes the wait may be a little longer, and we sincerely thank you for your patience.

Please note: For security and operational reasons, when we call you, it may appear as No Caller ID or Private Number on your phone. We recommend answering these calls if you’re expecting to hear from us.

We are here to provide emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to help you through difficult experiences. Your safety, choices, and well-being are always our priority.
